Keyword Planner's Main Feature

Keyword Planner’s Main Feature, the Combination

keyword-combination

Keyword Planner is actually a combination of the Adwords Keyword Tool and the Traffic Estimator. After using the Keyword discovery to find the Keywords or adgroup ideas, your discovered keywords can be plugged into the Traffic Estimator to help determine budgets and potential traffic.

The Keyword Planner Theory

The theory is if a person were to estimate conversions they could then determine what the estimated return would also be. These estimates can also be used for content marketing and organic search results.

Google Ads Take Advantage

One thing to keep in mind, if you have a keyword phrase that doesn’t have a lot of competition—and it doesn’t have any adwords competition, then the keyword phrase actually ends up at the top of the Google search results. If there are a number of adwords bidders for those keywords, then the Google ads end up on the top of the page, pushing the organic search results lower, and in most cases, below the fold.

Finding Low-Competition Keywords

Finding low-competition keywords, with no Google Adwords advertisements, actually puts your keyword phrase above the fold and into the best locations on the Google Search results. So it may benefit your search results in more ways than you realize.
